...finish the monthly missions. That's how long it took me, and I hadn't even bought the pro status yet.

The design is pretty good, but you gotta beef them up to something that would take a month of playing 3 to 4 times a week at 2 to 3 hours a session to finish.

Teardrop missions should be 150 in a month. It is currently a paltry 10. A fair player can get 3 a game and the 150 is about 5 weeks of playing the times listed above.

Deal Damage with a weapon should be literally 100× larger in a month. I've got 2 different ones up, LMG and Sidearm.
LMG is 8000, Sidearm 2000.
New LMG would be 800,000
New Sidearm would be 200,000
Needing 200k with my Sidearm would have me looking for a better Sidearm ASAP

This would shift the meta monthly as different monthly requirements require different weapons and limbs, even backpack could be utilized.
Play X matches with Soldier backpack.

Addendum:
Today's dailies, deal Damage with an assault rifle (500), deal Damage to your enemies (750), and use armor plates (4)
It took eleven minutes thirty seconds.

These need to be more difficult. These aren't going to keep me playing for a couple hours.

I'm looking at the new dailies, weeklies, and monthlies.
I'm going to finish these in three days only because I'm not trying.
Some of these are laughable.
Change your personal loadout once
Deal Damage to your enemies 750
Play 2 matches

Initiate teardrop ops 9 <- not even complete, just initiate.
Deal Damage with LMG 2000
Play 5 matches

Deal Damage with a shotgun 3000
Deal Damage with an assault rifle 8000
Complete teardrop ops 10

The rewards should also be increased equally with the increased challenge.

If people are playing just to complete the missions, they aren't really enjoying playing the game.
I remember when games didn't have rewards for playing.

True enough, but the missions and their rewards are part of the game. They should take more than one game to finish them.
For some people playing the missions IS the game. It gives them more direction than kill that other guy.

I gotcha. Maybe people could choose a level of reward to shoot for and they could be easy, medium, or hard, and would take shorter or longer to complete with fewer or more rewards

I think it will get more beefed up over time. Just barely rolling into mainnet rn.

This is why I'm posting ^_^
Gotta let them know before Major rollout that the system works, and works well. It's just not beefy enough to cover the time period a player will likely set aside for playing.
