Easy to use Damage Cyberlimbs like the slamfist shouldnt do so much damage

just like how the ripper got nerfed so that its main focus is on removing cyber limbs, not doing DPS, i think the slamfist should not do much damage and main focus should be in concussing/CC. i think only the cyberlimbs that expose you to more risk should be able to do high damage output, at the very least, things with high damage shouldnt be dealing out CC as well like concuss. the hammerheads definitely need their high damage nerfed as well
