a simple team chat to communicate in game for the non-voice people.
it's really frustrating when playing with randoms and non-voice players don't understand simple task like redeploying teammates. or giving them some tips at the late circle whwn no redeployment not available anymore
or if you guys want to avoid inappropriate texts
how about a more harder in the face tool tip to revive teammates for the newbies
sometimes people that already in the hundreds level still don't know or want to revive

sure, i agree in theory. the problem is, when aggros start typing the way they talk in voice chat, most of us will just turn off the chat option completely, resulting in the same place we are now. silence with pings. the chat wheel is a decent compromise.

The helper voice could say something about resurrecting a teammate that just died with a little visual. It could also say if you have enough money to buy someone back when a teammate dies.

this is a good idea, instead of just ping to redeployment center which most new players don't notice or know what that means
@dev perhaps this idea should be focus on chat wheel instead. i think this is very good implementation for console players as well.
i know in mobile games with microtrx they are able to change the voice in chat wheel, it has good revenue potential in the future

Definitely agree with this,even if it's a simple text wheel and relevant phrases for the game. The game just seems to miss the simple things.
