Not being able to swap shoulders while reloading feels clunky and ruins the flow for defensive movement and visibility in gun fights.
ie; 1v1, nowhere to go, and you're utilizing a pillar for defense. You're currently locked into a shoulder view while reloading and it makes it unnecessarily difficult to keep from exposing your self and taking damage because you can't swap view angles to see where you might be exposed and protect yourself efficiently.
