Fps increase, please.

Been playing other games and coming back to this game just feels pointless.. movement is slow asf without any limbs etc they keep nerfing and buffing and again nerfing movement which makes no sense, but all that aside.
Biggest issue is FRAME RATE. I have it set to unlimited yet my frames run at aroun 30fps maximum... which is horrid.

Thats my biggest issue with the game.
I can adapt to almost anything they change but they should focus more on the performance in my opinion

Ye, but i play R6 and i get CAPPED 120FPS. Or play call of duty with 120fps.. no problem.

Sounds like the hardware of the console simply can't keep up. For PCs the lowest recommended hardware is a 3060 which is what the Playstation5 is equivalent to. Which means at best you'd be able to play in the lowest settings. The fact that you can't change your graphics settings probably has to do with quality control, cause the game looks ugly in low settings, while PC players probably don't care about that, you console users probably wouldn't touch the game if you saw it in low settings. Unless they let you play in low settings I doubt there anything they can do to optimize the game anymore to the accommodate, its 5 year old hardware at this point and its falling behind. We're a whole 2 generations of graphics technology ahead now. Sounds like its time to ask Sony for the PS6

Usually you will get locked FPS options when...
1.Ensure you're using a high-quality HDMI cable that supports 4K resolution and the refresh rate you desire (e.g., 60Hz or 120Hz).
2. TV not set to Game Mode.
3. TV has active Motion Smoothing or Motion Interpolation features active. Make sure features like Motionflow, TruMotion, etc. are disabled.
4. On your PS5 Go to Settings > Screen and Video > Video Output and verify that the resolution and refresh rate are set appropriately for your TV.
5. It is possible that if you are running the game in 4K your are going to see the game run at 30 fps. Try lowering out put resolution of the game. The raytracing and shadowing can be very demanding.

True. I would still sacrifice all visuals for performance since its a pvp game. And as I said i can run cod and warzone easily at 120fps, just don't know why they make it so difficult to achieve thaf here.
Could also buy a pc but there's no point since I'm not a 24/7 gamer and have an online digital marketing business to run so my hands are full, rather just play with what I've got for now. And mostly just using OTG as a crypto mining side hustle for my gunzilla node etc. but would also like to enjoy the game. 😅🙃

Is it constantly on 30 fps? Because I am on PS5 and when I am not in combat or flying I have around 70-80 ish, but I agree when I am in combat around many players or flying I have an fps around 30-40 and the quality starts tearing

I think we got our answer w/ no answer. It's always easier to blame the devs or the game, than to try and sort out the issue with their own equipment. And I get it, this game is not done cooking. Been mentioned many of times that there have been issues with UE5 and their updates to reverted dev updates. But most importantly they did not create the game for consoles at the start. This means they are optimizing it along side the unlimited configurations of PC's out there.

Well they chose to launch the game on ps store and Xbox - they then have a responsibility to make the game playable for console as well. The fps isn’t that bad, but it defines needs a lot of improvement before they launch the full game

And yes there is a setting to change fps on ps5. There’s been and option to change it since the game launched

Read maybe? There is a PERFORMANCE option, but LOW SETTING relates to PC's more in-depth system where you can change shadows etc individually.

Im running on performance mode over fidelity, im not stupid, so dont imply so.
And TSR as well as 'unlimited' frames.

I can read just fine you should fix your post to say that instead of saying there is no low performance setting cause you clearly say “ThErE ArNt AnY OpTiOnS fOr LoW sEtTiNgs” so don’t tell me to try reading but I mean I’m looking at them so there is and I’m on fidelity and still getting 60 fps. And are you getting 60fps where, within the game, in a match? In training grounds?
Of course my frames are at 108 but they drop to 60fps every time i start flying or because of my high sense, but also amidst a fight i drop down to 30fps.. which is insanely low.
In training grounds they're pretty much capped at
108fps.
And furthermore, you did imply. You undervalued my

I don’t know why I thought it would help, but I tried changing ps5 settings to 720 and 1080 to see if it would help - it didn’t help very much much there might have been a slight difference

Have you tried with everything down to the basics? Ps> performance mode, game >performance mode and all v sync off including the tv's off. I'm usually in the 80s on the ps5 slim and old tv

I am usually around 80 as well but when in combat it can drop down to 30-40 fps which is unplayable
