If we want to modify the current list of areas an army or navy is doing a mission in, for example if we now have presence in a new sea zone and want to expand the patrolling area of our trade ships, we have to basically cancel the previous mission and select all areas all over again. We should be able to click on the mission, access the area list as it stands, and add or remove locations.

I think the best way would be a mission template similar to army template
u create a template (and can edit it at any time) without assigning a fleet to it
and then u can at any point assign something to it
would help with the constant chore of pulling fleets out of missions for wars -> putting them back on said missions
