Prisoner armies clutter the outliner and make it difficult to select armies.

There should be a filter for prisoner armies, and potentially a filter to sort by army size, so it is easier to select/view useful armies.

Or just remove them as they have zero use.

It's more that what are you going to do with 100 prisoners (who should need supervision to do work, else they escape) when a mason or an RGO employs 10 times those numbers. I don't want to have to micro manage units that can stay prisoners and who's ransom will barely pay for the clics needed to get rid of them.
Now if I'm playing a nation that accepts slaves, I always make them slaves. The AI has to pay to re-raise those regulars and I get the manpower. Otherwise they stay in the "prison box" until the end of the war.
