Fix trade, please

Multiple patches saying "we fixed trade" but not once did it get fixed, trade automation does not use nearly all trade capacity and it takes very bad trades

I've been so wildly successful with trades with such ridiculous margins while playing Novgorod and Venice that I think a thread like this needs screenshots and data, because there is such a thing as overbuilding trade capacity or the AI taking trades because your economy needs Lumber or whatever.
