We need better loyalty or collapse mechanic

I have driven off the Mamluks from Egypt and now they're just residing in a backwater water colony in Africa.

All of their vassals/tributaries have 0 loyalty. I thought they'd collapse, but 15 years later, NONE OF THEM STILL DECLARED INDEPENDENCE.

I still have to fight the Mamluks and have a truce with all these countries if I want to conquer them.

Yuan and the Golden Horde has this problem as well! They stay relatively stable despite being utterly destroyed in multiple wars.

Please, fix this in a future patch, as itt would be in bad taste if a fix of this got released as a DLC.

Yuan's Vassals have been disloyal for a hundred years now and they still are the no. 1 great power...

Wow, they actually got to 0 loyalty for you? I drove them into Africa, and their subjects are sitting at +70 loyalty so I can't separate peace them.

Also having that problem with Khmer
