QOL. I have a handful of Cabinet Members with too much to do. For example, when I finish Integrating a Province, rather than right click and pick out the next Province to Integrate, I have to find Integrate first from the list of Cabinet Actions,
#When a Cabinet Action finishes, it shouldn't become Empty. It should stay on that Action.

IMO it can go to empty, but right clicking on cabinet member action should just go to last doing action( like right clicking now on ongoing action does)
