i can't dispell the debuff from my team and enemy buff <@&1166257943742787615>, the card from doll can't target the ally or enemy

So no matter how you try to move it, you just can't get that card to play, right? If that's the case, we've already logged this bug and are looking into what's causing it.

Currently, not only this card, but other cards are also encountering this problem.
