(legit started playing yesterday)
im starting to feel as though my team is lacking as hell for chapter 3
its still fine, i can relatively easily clear battles/elites/bosses, with my team setup i managed to even do a lvl 20 event quest (hameln event or sumthn) with lvls 1s, but its starting to suck a bit... help would be nice and maybe what to do

(i have saved 10k silver as of right now and have been saving the ethereal cores (35) and have 19 luminous cores as well) standard core wise i basically have none, maybe like 15

For starters, use the ethereal cores before the new big patch drops, since they will turn into standard pulls otherwise. Your team looks fine to me for where you are in the game, only change you could probably make is swapping Ramona and Ryker for Murphy and Saya (you get one copy of Saya for free if you beat ch4 before the event ends). Also, add R wheels (seriously, on arc1 they are really strong) and SSR wheels from the shop.
