At the moment, the effect of the wheel is just not present in Pure chaos.
Could you had the functionality to Draw the card if you use Posse in Pure Chaos? so it is at least functional, even if less consistent, in there too.

Chaos has been excluded dead , but thankfully it increases Affinity. I'll jot down this suggestion for now.
