If you kill the Boss but other mobs are out, you have to wait for them to explode to win, and is very strange.
Maybe because i used Aigis Petrify on them before?

this happens regardless of aigis petrification it seems -- if the boss dies at the same turn as one or more of the clones hp reduced to 1 (e.g. in an aoe), those clones will become invincible and the fight will not end even though the boss herself is gone. this is different from all other boss summons where those fights end immediately once the boss itself is dead, can be quite frustrating tbh

Some bosses have a mechanism to not clear their summoned monsters when they die.
