Chronos Mandate banner & Some teambuilding help.

How does the timeless call, Chronos Mandate banner work? I selected an Awakener last patch, now my banner still has 13 days to go. Do I get to choose again when it ends, or do I have to wait some time for the next patch or something?

Also, is there a decent team to beat the story with I can make out of these guys? I feel like im kind of missing a bunch of DPS as well, so im wondering what should I choose on the Chronos Mandate banner if/when I can choose again, probably Genesis Helot right? Also wondering if Pulling on standard banner to try and get Jenkins is a good idea.

Timeless Call / Chronos Mandate banner lets you choose a limited SSR character from arc 1 (faded legacy) to be the rate up character

That chosen SSR character and its signature SSR WoD (wheel of destiny)
will be the target character or wheel

The hard pity for this banner is 60 pulls for both the chosen character or signature wheel unlike normal limited/event banners wherein it's 90 pulls (character) and 60 pulls (wheel)

There is also another guarantee mechanic for this banner. If you get both the same rate up in a row, the third time you are quaranteed the other rate up.

For example, let's say you chose Tawil as rate up
If you get Tawil twice in a row, the third time you'll get her WoD "Wheel Unseen"
If you get Wheel Unseen twice in a row instead, you'll get Tawil on the third time

You could get the other rate up immediately if your lucky
Tawil then Wheel Unseen or
Wheel Unseen then Tawil

The banner is good if you're aiming to get both the character and signature WoD

The banner gets removed when it ends until the next time the devs decide to rerun it

When they do, the rate up will reset allowing you to chose again
