I just pulled Corpo this morning and I’m rocking an all Aequor team with Corpo, Tulu, Caecus, and Sanga and am getting through the story pretty easily for now.
What’s my next play? Should I just keep growing this team as much as possible or should I start developing another realm alongside this one? Just want to put my time and resources to good use.

Well, that's a great start and there's a lot of things you can go for, especially aequor teams
Corpo is great when paired with Aurita and Tulu in discard or tentacle comps
For standard banners, pulling on blue or aequor realm is a good choice
Since getting caecus to e3 will be a priority because of the benefits
Getting dupes on sanga will also make her stronger
And the other blue units are decent and will see use
You'll also want to pull on the standard banner for WoDs (wheels of destiny) eventually
Get Titan's Blade first and get it to e3 +12 (15 dupes in total)
Hopefully you get great WoDs as off-rates like Incalculable Factor
For now, focus on aequor teams since tentacle mechanic is easy to understand and strong
You can branch out to other realms later
