I think it would be neat to have a live 2D or character on this type of shop, like gfl 1 whit kalina, arknight whit closure, azurlane whit akashi, and blue archive whit Sora, all of them have live 2D.
It'll make the top up store or exchange store more lively, as the npc also explain the item contents, or have there own opinion on it. (Tho I think only closure explain the items and gave her own opinions).
Even tho the item already has there own Description it'll make the game more fun if the npc or mascot gave there own comment and add there own spin to it.
It'll also top up store and exchange store more inviting, and memorable.
Whit some catchy tunes or calm tunes like nikke store!
Event for me optional ngl, but I prefer at least Main top up store, and maybe exchange share the same character or have there own character.
