Sick of games adding absolute Scam RNG systems with Artifacts to waste players valuable time and resources to grind for them. Sure sweats and no lifers can grind them but most others don't have that much time and resources. Even if there is a system like this please make it so the Sets of Artifacts are one of a kind (Example: 1 set for each class types Attacker, Defender, Support.)
We should get more out of actual character combos and techniques of usage to diss out DMG instead of completely relying on the average "Crit/Crit DMG" from Artifacts, it has become really boring and repetitive due to being in all games and none are actually close to being user friendly.
In case of "Set Buffs" which usually comes with the usual "Artifact System". If the game is planning to add something like that i hope the "Set Buffs" is a completely different thing and is farmable through different modes without the need to them having Substats or Rarities. Instead make it so each character has different Sets to apply which would give different buffs. In short, players can go farm for a specific character set instead of farming for High rarity drops. So it becomes more fair at what you're getting and how you're using.
