So my idea is that there will be 1v1, 2v2 and the players will use their characters to fight the other players, pretty much a permanent event, like Brawl Stars Knockout Gamemode if you see what I mean.

That would be great but the problem with that this is most likely a gacha game, so players will be able to pull for new characters and most likely newer characters are going to be stronger than older characters. What do you think will happen then? Players will quit those modes or the game entirely because they will say the game is Pay2Win. And, because it is a PvP mode, some players will quit because of toxicity.

What about in pvp ever character is the exact same amount of power like there is no advantages for choosing any character if you choose it it’s because you liked what it looks like

Then you're going to have people complaining about not being able to use the abilities of the characters they paid for. This leads a lot of people to demand that the devs allow them to do so, or they'll either quit the game or just not do PVP at all.
