I have a few cooking powers ups and extra tastys atm, if i change a different mon on my team will i lose the ones ive gained?

No. You keep the pot-up and tasty chance until the next time you cook.

Only nuance is that Extra Tasty resets every week so they do not roll over from Sunday night into Monday breakfast. Pot-ups you keep from week to week, too. Some people stop cooking and stack pot-up until they hit the +200 limit for a giant Monday breakfast.
