Which pokemon has leeks

I still need to get a pole mom who drops slowboke tail and leeks. Which sleep island should I chose for it?

@minor python for leeks, at lv30 dugtrio is the best to use temporarily, then at lv60 quaqaval is better. You can find both in Cyan Beach.
For tails you find slowpoke at Cyan as well. Tails arent very viable so people usually raise a random exp slowpoke to lv30 then box it forever
