Tmk, for cyan: igglybuff -> wigglytuff, squirtle -> blastoise and totodile -> feraligatr are staples.
Other than that: Vaporeon, Doduo -> Dodrio and Sylveon (as a replacement for wigglytuff) are worth considering if you have them
I haven’t explored other areas yet so can’t say much there 😭
