Hello,
I have about 40 friends who are already at friendship level 5, so I no longer get rewards for each level upgrade.
Is it better to keep these 40 friends at level 5, and what does a higher friendship level bring?
Or would it be better to change my friends list and start all over again?

Increased friendship level with other players makes it more likely that you'll get 2 candies instead of one
At level 5 you have a 35% chance to get 2 candies instead of one
If you're friends with people you trust to consistently send meta/relevant to you candies keeping them at level 5 is the way to go.

also, during raikou event, lvl5 friends have a higher chance to give you raikou manes; I expect this to be the case in future legendary releases as well

It might be a bit of a random question on this one, but how many Times do you need to share research data (sorry honestly don’t know what it’s called) to reach level five from zero?
What I’m wondering is which one is technically more efficient because on one hand you will get at least 3 small candies (9 when transferred) plus other items. And with these, you have to flexibility to give them which ever Pokémon you like.
