as a serious answer; It's going to be the same as any other places, youll just need to get stronger pokemon to get higher ranks, even at like 1million power youll only be at like master 4 whereas 1 mil power on greengrass is like master 12
if you can make good meals with under 2 ingredient finder pokemon that's great, if you have a ralts that has a good chance to use their ability that's perfect, and other than that use your strongest (matching) berry finders
if you don't have a ralts thats good, sylveon or wiggly are both very good still even without the bonus to berries
meganium is a good pokemon afaik for the area too, and it shows up at lapis often
also don't forget that if your area bonus is low you're still not gonna acore as high as you normally do, so just hang out there for a lot of weeks
