#Sub and Main seed usage

Hi guys. I'm finding myself with a few of each seed and I'm wondering what might be best to use them on, is there a general rule of thumb? Hoping some responses here might help others out who have the same question.

I'm assuming main seeds are best used on skills mons but are there better main skills to use on?

As for sub seeds are there any ones that are more OP when upgraded than not? I know for example BFS on a Berry mon is OP but gold skills can't be upgraded. Just looking for general rules on what I should use on. This is my main team, Diglett isn't going to stay forever (I don't think? Unless you think he's good?) I just want him lvl 30 for leaks. Eevee will probably be a Glaceon but I'm still kicking myself over it because Umbreon is so pretty.

Main skill best to use on E4E so like your wiggly which is great! Or a sylveon etc.

Subskills are good to help boost your pokemons. Like the Eevees trigger S can be used to make into trigger M and it’s help speed S to M

Does using a mainseed on an eevee before evolution transfer the level boost into e4e (or whatever new ability it gets)
