Help choose: For the Halloween event, we’re going to be getting two S-tier evolution lines (Pikachu and Gastly) in excess and two new Pokémon! This brings up a few questions:

Not anything helpful, but do we know whether the Pikachu will share friendship level or pips with ordinary ones? Frustrating of we risk losing the points entirely if we don't manage to befriend it (unless it counts as a shiny and only requires one, but I find that unlikely) At least the others will stick around after. (Or maybe we'd get a headstart on the Christmas hat Pikachu 😆)

Haha, my guess is it will go down as a new sleep style, so it would count, but if it doesn’t, that alone may be reason enough to prioritize Gastly. XD

I'm figuring the Pikachu will mainly be a question of how people feel about event 'mons and can't actually be decided group wide. I want one, so I'll feed one until it submits and begs for mercy, but I know they are probably not "optimal"

Thanks for all the input! I’m definitely feeling more confident now, since I had been leaning towards Gastly because I’ve been trying to get all ingredients, and I thought it would be a good Tasty Mushroom mon.
