I got him as a Squirtle and I have been using him since them. It does have -exp nature but I have been using it always with 1 or 2 mons with sleep exp bonus on my team and I have been using a lot of candies on him. Now I will go for level 30 wich will be harder with the exp nature fixed but Im glad I finally evolved it after using it for so long
