Let's see; this week on GG I have steel, flying, and fire berries, which I actually have none of! I also don't have ice, poison, psychic, ghost, dragon, steel, or fairy. So maybe I ought to aim to get something for those.

Alternately, I can't get leeks or herbs until I get mons to level 60, so I could go for one of those.

I might go to Cyan. I can focus mainly on Eevee, and also try for Quaxly, Doduo, and Spheal, with a side dish of keeping an eye on Happiny and Farfetch'd.

Probably about my best mon in terms of stat suitability for its role, really. The ABB Venusaur with double speed and the Lucario with one trigger S and one speed are its only competition.

Main skill is Super Luck (Ingredient Draw S), which gets either 6 of one ingredient, chosen from mushroom, sausage, soybeans, and coffee, or 700 shards, or 3600 shards. Ingredients are coffee/coffee/herb.

I think if I did want to main seed this Honchkrow, I'd also want to subseed it, because if I'm upgrading that main skill I better upgrade its skill trigger.

I would prob recommend focusing on trying to be able to make the low level coffee based meals as those are so strong, especialy since I belive u have a decent source of coffee

I'll have herbs once Honchkrow is lvl60, and leeks with Sceptile at lvl60, though neither of those is likely to get me a ton. I'm gonna hunt Quaxly and hope I can get leeks.

Yeah, coffee meals are probably a good bet. There's a solid overlap in the ingredient lists, too.

That's, let's see- coffee, herb, corn for the curry dish, and either coffee, milk, honey or coffee, corn, milk for desserts. The best salad match for those I think is the calm mind salad, which is apple, corn, honey, so a roster that will make all three needs: coffee, herb, corn, milk, honey, and apples.

I like Abomasnow. It’s not super obvious, but it’s also not that subtle- it’s blue instead of green.

I generally agree about not liking the overly-subtle mons (Persian, anyone?), but I do like an occasional relatively subtle one with one distinct detail. The Wigglytuff line, for example- a little bit paler pink, with the bright green eyes.

(well, okay, Iggly’s shiny is terrible for no reason, but Jiggly and Wiggly I like.)

And Mimikyu’s shiny being more or less a grayscale version of its normal colors is really cool.

The problem with Aboma is that it's so bulky it blocks out most of the shiny sparkle, and then when it stands on Snowdrop with the white background you can barely see any of the sparkles

Heracross are one of the sexually dimorphic species, with the males having a sort of Y-shaped horntip and the females having this little heart, and much as I'm not a fan of the "okay so the girls have hearts and cute stuff on them right" sort of creature design this is cute.

(I do also like the Wobbu females, actually, because "it looks the same but it's got lipstick on for some reason" is really funny.)

I'd call this GHA75, really.

Once we learn how often we can expect to get mints, this is probably a strong candidate for one. I'm just hoping mints aren't only from anniversary events, because I could see that being a thing, and I can see the logic in it- mints probably should stay rare to maintain the whole "catch a load of mons looking for a good one" bit.

I can actually do better than flan! If my Marshtomp and Hera get me a half-decent amount of corn, I’m doing either Calm Mind salad or Teatime Corn Scones, and I have five entire reroll tickets to make sure I end up with one of those two.

Next week I’m going all out with GCT and such, so the last few days of this week get to be ingredient hoarding. That way my two Raichu and two Feraligatr can go ham freely with minimal ingredient support.

Oh, nice! I don’t have herbs yet, just a lvl33 Honchkrow that will get herbs (with ing down nature) at 60, so I can’t do a lot of curries. I can do Dream Eater, and I have good mons for it, but it’s 35% bonus while these two are 48% so I’m committing to these two.

Mostly what I can get now is a heck ton of tomatoes and a lot of potatoes. Decent bit of coffee from the Krow, good bit of cocoa from my Blastoise, and then just Whatever from this Heracross that I am very strongly considering main skill seeding when it hits 50 and unlocks skill trigger M.

My most recent catch was an AAA Mr. Mime with decent subskills, so between that, an ABA Victreebel, and an ABB Venusaur, I can make a lot of tomato sauce.

We all need to remember to use a legendary incense on the last Sunday of the event, because it looks like it overlaps with new moon day. Probably also smart to pop a lucky incense, because if you get Darkrai and a legendary in the same sleep session you’ll get so many shards.

Might even be a good idea to nap on that day, even though it reduces the final amount of manes gotten and splits DP between two sleeps, because then we get two legendary incense pops during NMD. Darkrai is possible in the first session still, too.
