like people already said: no yache favored island still, we finally have a good egg mon (delibird), and altaria kinda just isnt that great anyways. It's got a good berry, but the lowest frequency for a berry mon so far (tied with arbok). By the time we finally get an island with yache favored, we will almost definitely get another berry mon with yache and it will almost definitely be better. There really is no good reason to be using it right now unless you just started out and happened to get an insane swablu and everything else you have is bad

every eeveelution that isn't jolteon now has its own niche, some better than others. sylveon is still a very good e4e mon, espeon is now even more goated for lapis if you have a bfs one, leafeon also now has its own niche as a pseudo berry mon, and every other one of the eeveelutions still is amazing at their niches

eevee is honestly still at the tier where it is 'ok' to send, but definitely not as much of a priority

ppl are still gonna see it in non-event periods if the other spawns are also very mid

sure, you could lower their tier in candy priority but frankly i don't think its gonna change much on what ppl are gonna send at the end of the day

of course this still depends on how rare ralts is on lapis
