Hello, made a small inforgraphic listing which Pokemon require which evolution items to evolve. I also went and looked, all of these items can be gotten through acheivements at least once except oval stone and metal coat, which are in the shop but there's no Pokemon that require it right now. There's also three linking cord in acheivements, so theoretically if you're willing to wait and grind you only need to buy 2 thunder stone and 1 fire and leaf stone right now to evolve all these pokemon.
