i applied a blueprint and now its gone
sometimes people put the wrong pieces in different spots, think it's locked in, and get confused on why a different piece isn't locking into place, which is what i thought you were having trouble with
i did i even restarted my pc but my monitor size is 3440 x 1440 so its not showing in the drop down list at all anymore
im not even sure what i did cuz it was fine yesterday
the devs go into fiddle with stuff occasionally, so potentially something they did messed with resolution settings? that's just a guess though, not confirmed
when you played yesterday, the 3440x1440 option was still there, but now it isnt?
are you sure it isn't placed in your current house?

i think so, i had it fit to my screen just before this so i feel like it had to have
if you're willing, you can test this by applying an empty blueprint and forcing everything back into your backpack and warehouse, then searching through it again for the feeder

i saw some people before discussing full screen mode vs windowed mode, does switching between them affect your resolution?

I bought the large fish tank and place it in the blueprint, but when I switched to my other blueprint, the fish tank is gone. I can't buy it again.

yes
windowed mode made it go to the 2560 x 1440 resolution, but when its put back into full screen it stays in that resolution now with these bars instead of my default 3440 x 1440 resolution even after a pc restart
hmm. could try reinstalling the game, if that doesn't work, you could contact their support team to see if they have any insight

do you mean that when you switched to a new blueprint, you can't find the fish tank among the possible items to select? or that you applied a new blueprint, and can't find it in your inventory to place down?
Both, it is gone from blue prints and from my inventory, but when I go to vanya it says it's sold out.
can you check your backpack, warehouse, and mailbox to see if it was sent to one of those three places

There might be something else you can do actually. There is a way to manually change the height and width of the game if youād like to give it a try ? It would be via the registry editor. When players have been experiencing a smaller window size, this is what they follow and theyāve gotten back their regular game screen size again.

the load it's referring to isn't your wifi/network, it's the amount of items you can place down on your plot. each item takes up a different amount of load on the plot

this has been my issue since a week and its very frustrating and annoying. + I messaged support immediately
if they aren't showing on the mlp badge page, it's a visual bug - switching towns or reloading the game should fix it
if you mean that the game isn't detecting them when you're trying to send one to someone else, please make sure that all of your badges are in one location (eg all in warehouse or all in backpack)

Help! My character is walking on their own without my input / unable to move on PC!
Please check for any controllers plugged in to your PC, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:
- Open Device Manager on your PC
- Expand the Human Interface Devices section
- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue

there's a maximum amount of people that can be in a forum thread at any one time - check the title of the thread you're trying to join, and look for similar titles but with numbers (eg 2, 3, etc). look for the one with the largest number, that's the newest thread

TBH if it really changes every day, you could just feed it the same few fish every single time. A broken clock is still right twice a day, etc
EG feed it the same 5 fish every single time so that there's a variety,s o you have a higher chance of landing on the fav fish

try switching to a new town, your character glitched on an action so it can't move on to another one. switching towns usually clears action glitches

This was definitely because your backpack was full. Happens to me every time I want to open up an egg and I have to empty my backpack first.

Hello, I've been having this issue all morning.. I have all 6 resonance elements but I cannot water the tree. Is this a known bug? It's been happening all day so I've closed and open the app multiple times.
Thereās two ways to switch towns, one way is to go to your friendās list and select one that is online and isnāt already in your town ā youāll be teleported to their town when you do. Another way is to go to you watch, then settings, and click āreturn loginā. Youāll be taken back to the start screen, where you can click the windmill icon to either select a friendās town, or go to All Towns and select a random one

Hmmm. Try walking back and forth in front of the tree from different directions, sometimes the popup is a bit finicky. If itās not working, try switching towns, that usually clears glitched icons. Opening and closing the app usually puts you in the exact same spot as before, so itās not actually a reliable way to ārebootā the game

Try switching networks if you can (eg WiFi -> LTE) to see if the game is having trouble connecting to the network? Not because your network is poor, but the game has poor optimization, so sometimes it # struggles

because there chances u might have not actually claim it yet and it still in the box if the box is no more

The solution to this would be to manually change the height and width of the game. Your boyfriend can do this by following these steps ( it was posted by a Heartopia Staff member so it is safe to follow ).

This is a somewhat common error that a lot of players have been getting.
Something that may be a cause of this error is the gameās optimization. This means even if you know your Internet connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.
Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:
Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi
5G, LTE
Cellphone data / hotspot
VPN ( most players are using Proton which is free )

This is a common bug that everyone is experiencing. Customer Support in-game are aware of the situation so now there is nothing left for us to do except wait for the developers to provide a fix for this issue.

I tried to invite my friend to my blueprint co-build and when she accepts it, all she sees is an empty grass lot.
The same happens when she sends an application.
You should be able to do this more than once a day. Personally, I did it 6 times in a row to get the secret skin colour in one day.
I believe the timer is 10 minutes before you can add more snow.

I really wish they would adjust it from 4x to something a bit higher. Iāve been asking since September but it seems theyāre set onto 4x.
It was such a hassle because it would eventually server-mute everyone -> even one of the moderators back then got muted from the server. Which I guess is the only thing they adjusted / removed .. which is better than nothing I guess.

Same ( thankfully ) - I think they fully removed that part when the moderator got muted or you might be right that they at least set the mute to a different setting.

What do you mean by this ? Do you mean the little animation your character does every time there is a new entry for your Collections
? If so, there is no way to turn it off.
I have no idea but I put a suggestion for it to be taken out
it's probably a limitation of the ai module they're using, can only get X amount of translations per week before the yhave to pay up or something

according to the devs, the rates are correct
there's no system in place to guarantee that you get an unobtained uncommon item, unlike the pity system for rares
I have the same problem, I keep receiving duplicates of "common" items and after 100 draws I'm still missing one that's only worth 5 tickets, it's incomprehensible, seriously!

Personally, I havenāt encountered this issue. Can you try repairing your game files to see if that helps ? You can do this by going to the login screen and pressing on the button with a wrench on it called Repair (

When this happens, all you need to do is enter solo building
or a few seconds and then exit the building mode.
Approach your cat again and the interaction bubbles should now appear. Itās a temporary fix for now.
they switch over at 6:00 am server time, but I think the first day's switch can get delayed if you don't finish certain quests in time from day 1

Cellphone data / hotspot
VPN ( most players are using Proton which is free )
there's a maximum amount of people that can be in a forum thread at any one time - check the title of the thread you're trying to join, and look for similar titles but with numbers (eg 2, 3, etc). look for the one with the largest number, that's the newest thread

Hi Team, I cannot find Albert on my map at all? I even jumped town to fix it but still nothing.. I saw him briefly when i was on the rainbow to the tree but once i was off, he dissapeared again. This is a bug, He will also only appear if i get near him and magically found him, otherwise he is invisible again

It doesnāt let you type at all ? Even though the cursor is invisible ? Normally if you just click or press in that box once then try typing, it should still let you type.

make sure there's enough space on your phone, in case it's an issue of not enough memory. you may need to also reboot your phone and/or repair the game files via the start screen (wrench icon). you could also try a full re-install of the game to clear out any corrupted files

Can you try changing your default browser to something else ? Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or FireFox ? You can do this at the settings of your tablet. You can also turn on location access there.
Otherwise you can always try downloading the game on a different device.

Actually, this is more of a question before it becomes a serious problem with fines for the company: what are the plans for March regarding the game's operation in Brazil? Given that paid gacha systems are already prohibited for those under 18, does the company plan to limit access to only those over 18? Will they remove the gacha function in countries where it's not available? Or will they wait for fines to block operations here? (The law has already been approved and is in effect; from March onwards, we will see fines applied to all games that do not comply...)
I haven't seen any movement from the company to even talk about this...

I play on PC and frequently get locked into a tool animation and then locked out of movement. I will try to fish or catch a bug and then cannot walk or move via WASD. Is there a hot key I'm using that is getting me locked or should I submit a bug?
The issue most commonly attached to this is / are controllers which are plugged in or trying to connect via Bluetooth.

⨠Can you please disconnect any and all devices trying to connect to the game via Bluetooth ? This can include controllers, steering wheels for other games, anything with a joystick, any Logitech devices, wireless keyboards and etc. Then please restart your game.
i never thought of that. I won't be disconnecting controllers, but make sure they are fully off before I launch the game. I just keep hoping they add controller support because I am not a m+k gamer.

But, just to pass on information, if the issue does continue itās most likely that you need to disconnect them. The game seems to be very sensitive and detects almost everything as a controller ( even when turned off for some reason ). So almost everything connecting to Bluetooth ( even a random watch ) would interfere with the game and cause issues.

Hi this may or may not be an easy fix but since the first update Iāve been having an issue with my audio not working. Itās completely fine when my headphones are on but if not my game has no sound. I donāt have this issue with anything else on my phone. Does anyone have a clue what might be going on?

Can you try some or all of these suggestions because for some players simply restarting their device has helped a lot, but for others they have had to go all the way down the list and use a VPN ( Proton which is free and easy to use ).
So normally the issue of no audio stems from the fact that your iPhone may be on silent mode. A lot of the times we put our phones and tablets on silent mode to avoid notifications ( text messages and calls for example ). This will affect Heartopiaās sounds from coming through as well.

This is normal unfortunately, because this server is so big.
What they are doing ( mods and other players ) are closing full threads and opening new threads. If you go to #1474630074291458168 search for a thread that has a higher number ( ex: instead of trading in Global 1, try Global 2 ).
No worries, but please just double check your phoneās settings.
Just in case it randomly got put on silent mode or your ringer is all the way down at 0 and etc. Up to now ( 100% of the time ) every time someone had your issue, it was because their iPhone / iPad was on silent mode by accident.

Have you tried restarting your game or switching towns manually ? Sometimes this can help clear some bugs that youāre experiencing in towns.
Go to the title screen / login screen.
Next to the START button, press on 
Press on All Towns and select a random one to join.
Itās good that you reported this to Customer Support in-game because that is the only team that can really look into the charge and investigate it for you.

Just learned the game hasnt been giving me my junior membership even though Ive been logging in, as visable by the full membership being fully claimed. Now it wants to charge me to get my moonlight crystals?

It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house
either of these should clear the glitched action and let it be interactable again
It sounds like the game thinks theyāre still connected and so is redirecting your sound to the headphones still? Which is annoying. Try looking in the game settings or your phoneās app settings for Heartopia to see if thereās an audio setting you can change?
When did you get the junior membership? It only stays active for 7 days before you have to renew

The furniture store sells blueprints for stuff you own and let's you buy it for wishing stars Just to tell you "you already own this blueprint" and keeps the stars.
this should be corrected. Im usualy in the habit of buying blueprints when available so I can unlock crafting I didnt realize this could cause lost Wishing stars
Yeah, it's called the Mute Switch. It's found on most older iPhone models. If it shows a red line, that means the ringer is off. This turns off sounds for alerts and apparently game audio for some odd reason.
On newer iPhones, they have what's called the Action Button. And the only way to tell if it's in silent mode or not is to press it once to see what it's at. Long pressing it will toggle the ringer or whatever action is set.
I hope they fix it before the winter frost season is over...

Hello. I'm having trouble logging in to heartopia. I've already signed off and tried to relog, but the game doesn't leaves the "Google, apple, Facebook login" screen. It gave me a "login time out" screen before I tried reconnecting. I'd appreciate some help, thank you.

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

I don't know how to use VPNs (I can say I'm tech illiterate due my autism), but I tried what I could and nothing worked. I'm reinstalling the game but it's very frustrating because I was playing normally yesterday and suddenly this happened.
Leaving and rejoining the game doesnāt actually clear out glitches, you need to manually switch to a new town. Thereās sometimes a 4-minute delay between when you log out and when the game actually despawns you, so if you just log out and in, it just loads you to the same place. You can either go to your friendās list and teleport to their town, or you can go back to the start screen (watch >> settings >> return to login), then selecting a new town using the windmilk icon next to the start button
The gameās optimization isnāt great, so this can happen at random to any player, even if their network is solid and it was working fine up until that point.
Unfortunately if none of the other tips worked, VPN usually resolves the issue for other players with similar issues. There should be Youtube tutorials/etc on how to install and use a VPN, or you can try the DNS instead, which iirc the helper said you donāt need to install a program for

Please check for any controllers plugged in to your PC, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:

- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller

I'm not sure what they're doing while ignoring such primordial issues to be fixed, but I don't think they'll ever do something at all. Overall it's frustrating to not be able to play something you're not only helping monetarily, but with your time and energy.
If one is stuck on loading screen on pc. Updating the graphics card usually fix the problem.

Baboo friends im trying to load heartopia on my Samsung phone and tablet and the sign on window opens and the start button is at the bottom as usual but the town option to the right is gone and a 'login timed out' notification will pop up after awhile whether i touch 'start'. I also play on the American server if that helps with troubleshooting

Heartopia is not natively supported on MacOS devices, as the devs chose to NOT make it supported with Apple Silicon. The game is only available on iOS, Android, and Windows (and probably Linux as well).

Hello, I wanted to create a new account, but I created one on a different server using the same Google account. However, I made a mistake and now I want to delete the account and create a new one on the same server. My question is, if I delete the account I created on the SEA server, will my account on the global server also be deleted? It's the same Google account, but on different servers.

It sounds like you have your PC time zone incorrectly, go to Settings > Time & language > Date & time and toggle on set time automatically then click Sync now. Sometimes you have to manually pick your time zone if it isn't, check it.

there needs to be a buffer zone around usable furniture that prevents pets from getting in the way
this cat made me unable to jump out of my cooking area and prevented me from clicking on the prompt which forced me to fail. needless to say it's a waste of crops that take hours to grow the only way i know to prevent this is to make a floating platform separate from everything else but i'd rather not have an eyesore in the middle of my home.

my friend thinks its a pathfinding thing. as long as a floor piece is connected in some way to the ground the pets will find a way there
i can assure u i have an upstairs and i cook there no pet ruining my cook time plus my cat doesnt clip in the roof anymore

Many users can't get the rewards.
I have had my pets go into my roofs, the only way that stopped that was floating the roof, meaning you place the floor and than remove the ceiling under the roof. Since then I haven't had them go on the roof since, but that could because they don't go many places. But I do have a problem with them standing right where I need to plant seeds for my garden squares.

In case youāre curious, itās because the pets are mapped to be able to walk on any floor tile, and can walk through furniture ā the ceiling tile is still a floor, so this leads to a scenario where pets go up on top of the roof, and then can glitch onto the floor tile in the roof despite the roof being on it
Yeah a friend told me that and I taught me the floating roof trick, but right now I have very few covered floor tiles with roof, but the pets have stayed on the ground floor.

When you interact with them, the pets walk a little away for you in preparation for whatever action you use
so you can essentially spam the action button to push them off a plot in order to plant on it

I would not recommend spending more money just to test this, since if it was really for whaling, I think the mail would say so
Try reloading your game, sometimes it takes a bit for the gems to hit your account.

according to their gacha page (the ? button on the treehouse gacha page), there's a 4.3% chance to get any of hte rare items, but this includes both the building permits and the furniture all in one 4.3% category. which means ur chance of getting a specific item from that 4.3% is lower
on the gacha page, it'll tell you when your next guaranteed unobtained rare is - you can check the magnifying glass in the right corner to see what you have and haven't unlocked yet
