Hello, I keep getting stuck when taking out my fishing rod. I cant move and would have to restart the game. I've tried resetting the location. And it'll just move me and I'll be stuck in a new place. It also happens when I open an easel. The bubble wand also gets stuck on hard press sometimes.. LOL its really hard to play this way. I cant level up my fishing skills. While playing the Story Mode, she accidentally ate the tomatoes that were required to be sold to Albert. Currently, she is unable to purchase replacement seeds or tomatoes from Blanc, and there is no way to respawn the quest items. This has left her unable to complete the quest and progress further in the story.

Cross progression can be done by letting you log into the same account through google or whatever other platform through the form- Genshin Impact, Candy Crush, Fortnite, all have the same capability without allowing scanning all the network devices.

If a database containing user's scanned network data is exposed it created unnecessary risk, but that's not even the main issue.

Hundreds of players cannot log in to play because they don't want to allow scanning all the devices on the local network.

Did your friend start after you? The Time Limited Collection is, obviously, limited, and if the Collector is not longer outside Bob and Dorothee's shop, the time has run out. If your friend began later than you, they might still have time remaining.

Server resets at 6 a.m. server time so it depends on how fae off the server timezone you are. But if you did all 5 requests yesterday and got 5 new ones today, I'd reach out to support!

Yes it's a common issue when you disable network access and Google ( for example ) can no longer authenticate you and log you in.

⭐️ Please make sure that you enable network access when the pop-up appears. Also make sure all permissions are allowed and granted.

It seems to be a bug at the moment. There’s a couple of things you can try.

Please instead go to a neighbours’ house and water their crops to complete the quest.

Please pick up your planters and it will go into your backpack . Then place them back down again and re-water them.

Something that may be a cause of this error is Internet connection and type of connection. Can you please try using a different type of Internet connection ? Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:

Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it

pets are a known bug, can switch towns to reset their positions, or remove the ceiling tiles, since they go on the roof and then get stuck inside of it. for the unable to interact, i'm not sure if there's a fix for that, i think someone said could try to have someone else interact with them? not sure if it works

If character is stuck auto-walking or unable to move on PC, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being recognized as controllers. Please try the following temporary workaround:

Open Device Manager on your PC.
Expand the Human Interface Devices section.
Right-click and Disable the following two devices:

HID-compliant game controller

It’s not asking you to collect the orbs, it’s asking you to collect fur, and the orbs are being used to indicate possible locations. There’s five possible blue orbs, and 3 of them have fur in them. The quest should indicate where the other orbs are using the tracker, just need to find the other ones too

i think andrew gives you a free motorbike as part of his introduction quest, try checking your quest list for any unfinished tasks. you should be able to get the bike by the end of the first day of playing, but that does mean you'll need to walk a bit until then 😂

✨ Can you please disconnect any and all devices trying to connect to the game via Bluetooth ? This can include controllers, steering wheels for other games, anything with a joystick, any Logitech devices, wireless keyboards and etc. Then please restart your game.

Check for anything with a joystick or anything like a keyboard but yes - disconnect whatever might be recognizable as a controller to the game.

Hello. My partner and I both had purchased the $99.99 heart diamond package each on Saturday, it is now Monday and we have yet to receive any of our hearts yet, the purchase went through instantly on steam and took the money. We have tried every single one of troubleshooting methods, and submitted our own very detailed tickets to support, with our emails and account ID, and proof of the purchase. This still hasn't been resolved and we are starting to lose hope as we have put a total of a little over $200 in and haven't received a bit of any of our purchase, we were really starting to enjoy playing this game together too:(.
