This issue is common, also yesterday people where tellin this. The admin told to look into spam or wait cuz the servers might be busy, but if you have waited long enough, than probably should contact face it support 😀

Hello @naive onyx There's currently no option to verify your email through FACEIT mobile app. Please go to the web page and then on your account settings page. On top of the page you will find a verify email option.
