Only visited a few times, but the old town around the castle is worth to look at iirc. And if you're interested in WWII history go have a look around the former Reichsparteitagsgelände. Other than that I can leave you with what a friend who lives there told me when I asked about it "Go to the castle then walk down through the old parts to the train station and drive to Erlangen. Way better"😆

The city center of Nürnberg is very picturesque and medieval, and you can do lots of cool stuff, like a guided tour through medieval beer cellars located in the mountain the castle is built on

no worries! thought it would be worth asking in case there some stuff that we might have missed out on! feb cant come fast enough, i couldn't get any tickets to the UK leg of the tour so i've been waiting since download to see them again!

I was in a similar position, saw them at Download and knew that I needed to experience another live show. Since the UK leg was sold out I convinced a couple of friends that a belated birthday trip to Germany was a good idea 😂

Luckily two of us did manage to see them in the UK on resale tickets which has made me more excited for Germany now.

i convinced my friend who also likes them to go as she wanted to travel more and i wanted to see electric callboy no matter what so it worked out perfectly 😂 were now also going rock am ring in june and they're also playing there so making up for not being able to get and UK tickets 😂

i spent weeks searching different sites trying to get a Birmingham ticket but wasn't lucky enough to find any

At the end I've no recommendations for you but you will definitely find in the mid of Nürnberg. Or downtown If you like to say 😅. In the area of the historic city you will find a lot restaurants and bars.
