Tested with the Syndicate UIV, otherwise inaccessible gear could be gotten from the NPCs by butchering them on a meat spike, including the medic and grenadier hardsuits. Thanks to @slender schooner for showing me this one.

I suspect our trigger-on-gib behaviour was meant to delete all this stuff. I hope that's all it is. Otherwise someone will have to do more investigating, hurrah!

Looks like the bug is fixed, tested with a few different syndicate NPCs with different kits and all of them yielded only rotten meat. Love a quick fix.

Still testing with a few other NPCs to be sure but so far everything works as expected
