As said on the tin, most likely due to the length of the name. It's not a huge deal I suppose as you can just walk away but I cannot close the window without doing so.

Also not sure if its a code issue or a UI issue?

could also press escape to close the window, but yeah this is still an issue

You can also click the holopad again to close the menu. It doesn't have the X because the holopad name is too long.

I tried to stretch the menu and either I was awful or for some reason you can’t
