Reason for the note: It states I was using "incorrect information from an ahelp to sway an argumen"

Your side of the story: I was using information given to me by an Admin from a previous ahelp that lead to an IC citation to the STC for trying to fine people for docking to trade to sell food. IE: me. I was almost fined by an STC for docking on trade and selling food. It caused a whole thing and lead to the STC quitting. I had confirmation from that same admin that the Trade Mall doesn't have a rule like that.

Why you think you should have the note reversed or edited: Because I wasn't using the information from that particular Ahelp with Joel in any fashion.

Looking into things there seems to be a slight disconnect between space law and server rules

Docking Rules (Space Law)
• Ships may not dock in excess of 10 minutes. A 10,000 Speso fine or forcible undocking may be used as punishment.

Docking rules specify ships cannot dock in excess of 10 minutes, it does not specify where this applies but STC manages traffic around Frontier Outpost and Trade Mall.

Server Rules

• The Trade Outpost / Trade Mall can be used if you wish to remain docked to a station to conduct business or provide services (such as selling food).```

While server rules *imply* if you wish to remain docked somewhere you should do that at ~~Trade Outpost~~/Trade Mall (TM). Docking rules do not specify people may remain docked to TM, so it is not against either space law or the rules for a STC to fine people for staying docked to TM too long. I will say it is heavily implied the only docks at TM a STC should be enforcing any sort of time limit on are the cargo bay docks, but it is not set in stone in any way so a STC may enforce docking limits over all of TM at their leisure. From what I can tell of that round STC was only enforcing docking on the cargo bays.

As a side note, stop yelling on radio "Well CC says" or anything of the sort. Admins are not here to help you win IC arguments.

Investigating, I do not like some of these previous radio messages "Do everyone a favor and cryo" and such language is extremely rude, I would consider it Rule 1.1 DBAD. Considering this is an appeal I will not punish you for it, you should count yourself *lucky* no admins AHelped you about it then.

The note was specifically for misrepresenting AHelp responses from that round to try to sway opinions over traffic radio. Reading over your previous AHelp your mentioned, you were told TM does not have a safezone and you can dock food ships to sell at TM but not FO. You were not told STC can't fine you for overdocking to TM. I'm willing to believe this was simply a misinterpretation of how space law and the rules interact here. You were not told anything from the AHelp yesterday, as far as I see, that you used over the radio. Considering that is why the note was placed, and specifically because that is what the note is for. I am going to accept this appeal. I will be scrutinizing your behavior more closely in the future and suggest you behave better.
