Locked Secure Buttons Still Trigger Inputs When Locked

It seems at least on the mail carrier ship that the secure locked button isn't so secure. As pressing it still triggers the linked signal while the button is locked and the cover is closed.

Reproduction
Exact steps:
Become a security officer.
Board a mail pod ship
Press secure button.
Observe the shutters closing despite the button cover being locked.

Additional context
I'm uncertain of if the power being out had anything to do with it, as in my experience shutters are still capable of being toggled while the power is out.

Can second seeing this happen. I believe power being out is unrelated, as when I triggered it, it was on Trade Mall with the mail room's locked shutters.

okay, problem's on every secure button, checked the security one so thats surely not a button type dependable, could take a look into the component its related to
