It's possible that someone else had left their ID in the console after selling their ship. In that case, you would have registered your ship to their ID

#

That being said, I'm surprised the crew manifest is totally empty

Have you had a response from an ahelp yet? If yes, leave it for them to resolve ingame. Bug reports cannot fix anything now, they can only lead to fixes later
