Description

When going salvaging onto wrecks, you're essentially making a coin toss that an artifact on the wreck doesn't have a low pressure trigget into a teleportation effect. I've been killed 3 times now this way, when I don't even step onto the wreck grid, get teleported in without my helmet/eva, get mobbed by multiple hostiles, and die. My last straw with this was when I teleported onto a completely different wreck than the one I was next to, which would've made recovery incredibly difficult if an admin hadn't noticed and decided to take mercy on me. (Thank you werebat :))
I feel as if this could be fixed by only allowing artifacts to teleport things/people on the same grid.(But also I don't know anything about the code, I may just be stupid)
Reproduction

  • Go on a lovely salvage trip with your ship that is made up of one particular grid
  • Park next to a wreck of a different particular grid and get up from your chair to go ou-
  • Get replaced by an artifact and die in seconds as you fumble with your helmet and the mob AI, well, mobs you.

    If this is intended/not a bug, I apologize! Although I also hope that this gets fixed/changed soon. (also im very sorry if i tagged this wrong, i have no idea about code but i peeked at other reports and it seemed to line up)(Thank you!)
