Seems like people show up twice on the endround list if they latejoined through the interview system.

hmm, should we collect all the entries for a certain person? so that if they make a profit, die, respawn and make a loss, it shows their true net position and not each individual instance's net position?

That would also fix the appearance of the many dupe $0 entries

should run two blacklist comp checks in the PlayerSpawnCompleteEvent handler in NfAdventureRuleSystem, one for the borg chassis (can't meaningfully use an ATM) and one for the hologram component
