I spoke to an admin in game and they said this seems unintended. I got the wizard outfit in the mail and it seems weird that I would get actual contraband in the mail

from my perspective, it seems odd to make something that is inert and intended to be silly into contraband, and if it is contraband then it shouldn't be obtainable from ordinary packages.

i also think its weird to get it via mail and also it not even having a description stating its contraband

if its intended to be contraband thats targeted by the CDET then it should not be in the mail pool
