Reason for Ban: Rule 11 Breach: Used less-than-lethal rubber bullets to stamina crit a player that trespassed on their ship and took their oxygen without their permission.
Your side of the story: Pretty much as stated in the ban reason. I returned to my ship to find someone filling up their air tanks with my ship's air canister. I told them to leave multiple times, and they wouldn't, so I downed them with rubbers once, dragged them out, they went back aboard, tried to get them to leave again, they wouldn't, downed them again with rubbers, they went back aboard a third time, I tried to shove stun them, not working, I'm small, so it doesn't work well, so I punched them to crit, dragged them out, medpenned and cuffed them and that's when the SR was there. It was all handled IC, or so I thought. Then the admin, Pylon I think, gets involved and so I explain it to them. Then I'm told I'm being banned for three hours citing rule 11.
Why you think you should be unbanned/have ban reduced: I don't think I should have been banned. Like I said, we handled it IC. I only crit when there was no other option to stop the person trespassing and stealing my air, and rule 11 talks about Antag PvP. I wasn't antag, nor was the person stealing my air. The SR was going to let us both part ways with a warning. I didn't get much of a chance to speak with the sheriff, but I think even they weren't going to arrest me or anything. Also what was I supposed to do, roll over and let him steal from me?
Extra Notes: I know the ban is short, ONLY 3 hours, but I feel like I shouldn't have been banned at all. IC fights happen. Even docked at Frontier. Either there needs to be clearer rules in the server saying no fighting at all near Frontier period, or clearer ruling or citing on the part of the admin.
