well, i guess you can try to delete imgui.ini file found in the .minecraft/config/axiom/ (or where your minecraft instance is located if another launcher) and start the game

try the to delete (please backup it first) axiom.json file

since it store all settings of axiom and other things like block palette

It should be imgui.ini but try to search

I guess deleting the entire axiom folder in the config folder should really solve it but if you have blueprints, presets, custom script brush you should backup
