@quartz gorge (ProjectImposible) uploaded a log, I've been running Axiom 5.4.1 on Fabric 1.21.11 without issues for several days, but it has suddenly started crashing on launch with the following error:

FaultyImplementationError: BlockPos representation changed!

This is confusing because Modrinth lists 5.4.1 as the release for Fabric 1.21.11 (released April 24, 2026), and it was working fine until recently. Nothing changed on my end — I didn't update Axiom or Minecraft. My current theory is that I may have an older cached version of the 5.4.1 jar that was built for a previous Minecraft version, since Modrinth appears to have updated the jar contents without changing the version number. I've attached the full crash report. Any help would be appreciated!

Fabric 0.19.2 on 1.21.11 using 98 mods

No idea. But if you try with only Axiom in your mods folder it'll probably work
