Hey, I've tried to reapply for a non-commercial whitelist request but when I did it says that my account still has an active whitelist. Is there a way this can be fixed please?

Are you actually getting a message ingame that you need a whitelist

Yeah, and the whitelist I applied for previously should have expired a few months ago

Hmm okay, I've just retried doing it on the server i had whitelisted, and im not getting the ingame message, and it seems to be working however this was on the server I had whitelisted ages ago. Im currently trying to whitelist for use on a new server. Unless that isn't needed and its tied directly to the account, if so my old whitelist should have still expired by now right? Which is why I'm confused, I would have thought I would have needed to reapply?
