Fabric 0.17.3 on 1.21.10 using 6 mods
Recommendations:
Update Fabric API from 0.138.0 to 0.138.3

close your game
delete minecraft/config/axiom/axiom.json
launch your game

went back and tried other versions and it stops showing up after 1.21.8
