tried some paint tool variations and doesnt do it. looking for 1 layer from the top (so some places stay clean) just like moss bonemill but slightly more gentle. if its impossible in axiom any1 got a world edit command? never used it but im sure world edit can do it

there isnt really a top
its one revolving slope
