how to make rotated text

Hi, does anyone knows how to make text but not on X or Z, but on Y. I want the text to be readable on a world map :D

Select it, then ctrl x to get the gizmos and use those to rotate

You will loose any stair and slab tho, cause there's no vertical slab and stair
