Axiom crashing?

@hollow mirage uploaded a log, Whenever I use axiom, it crashes after a using any tool, or sometimes after I go into the editor.

Possible Solutions:

• Update Fabric from 0.16.10 to 0.17.2

Recommendations:

• Update Axiom from 4.9.1 to 5.0.1
